Seniors bring their heritage of a rich culture of an era when simple lifestyle oriented activities could bring joy.

Simple activities contribute to bringing out of each one’s uniqueness that can result in bringing together a caring and supportive community that stands out beyond the limitations of age.

Radha Jayaraman with Jay Jayaraman have been on the spiritual path since early 1980, combining a life on the fast pace of workforce while raising a family and now as they are reaching 80s still engaging in spiritual seva.

Their current Spiritual journey began concurrently with their professional careers, more than 45 years ago, through two great Masters, although they both were raised in traditional spiritual paths.

Nada Dhyana is from the inspiration of Pujya Dr. Sri Ganapathi Sachchidhananda Swamiji (fondly called Sri Swamiji) and Sri Datta Vijayananda Teertha Swamiji (fondly called as Sri Bala Swamiji) of Avadhoota Datta Peetham. Through Datta Kriya Yoga (https://www.dattakriyayoga.org) as certified teachers, they contribute to the community by systematically incorporating a life-style of simple practices.

Radha and Jayaraman have also been teachers of Siddha Samadhi Yoga (SSY), of Guruji Sri Rishi Prabhakar since early 80s. They have conducted vital programs in the field of Self Development, Inner Silence through meditation, Health through breathwork and Sathvik diet, and have been conducting several retreats including ones on emotional equanimity.

Their passion is to "show that one can be fully involved in today’s lifestyle and also lead a wholesome life of Yoga practice."

We believe Seniors are treasured houses of rich experience, wisdom of life with deep understanding of lifestyle and the impact in wellbeing.

Each senior comes with a heritage of culture of an era when lifestyle could be experienced in simple joy. When opened to the possibility to share with their peers as well as the other generations, they become invaluable, sought out mediums to bring stress relief in ordinary ways in everyday way of living.  

We envision inviting seniors into networking opportunities to bring and share what they have gained in their lifetime. Translating these experiences into activities and the significance beauty, joy and the simple satisfaction in sharing and coming together.

Cherishing the wealth of experienced that are important for today’s generation as well as for fellow seniors supporting one another.

Demonstrating that there is more to being old than the immediate limitations of age.

The goal is to create a community of seniors, coming together where each has opportunity to express and share in the areas of well-being.

As a community, seniors take care of themselves, their personal well-being and self health care with regular exercise including Walking, Yoga, Pranayama (Breathing Exercises), Meditation with Music and Other Meditations that are unique and simple. In this space, regular practitioners can be trained to extend the learnings to others, wherever there is an opening.

The community counts with seniors willing to help others improve their diet with healthy and easy ways to prepare recipes that could bring vitality, sense of goodness, and satisfaction. Also, help increase their diet awareness on carbs, proteins, and other nutritional resources. All as part of the networking and a community building manner.

Social events are an integral part of the community. The seniors incorporate other social events to share their skills whatever it may – like sowing, knitting, artwork – writing, reading.

In Person Yoga Pranayama & Meditation with Music

Join us in our studio for a Total Mind Body experience with fellow seniors.

Gentle flow for People with Limited Mobility


Gentle movements of flow, breath & Meditation. This activity is specially designed for Seniors with limited mobility and Seniors on Wheelchair

Seniors’ super work

Online Senior care Flow Vyayamas, Breath work for Nadi flow, Mudra Meditation for stability, and Chakra Healing

Sathvik food

Cooking demonstration of Sathvik food. Food that is easy on digestion to meet todays health demands of Carb, Gluten, nut and other allergy needs. Simple easy preparation recipes.

Cleansers & Nourisher Half day retreat

Half day Cleansing Silence Retreat. Space for Seniors to experience silence, and cleanse with special juices and smoothies
